      Wonderful team of professionals working hard to provide access to anyone suffering from an eating disorder. Great company with good benefits, promising future, and good culture despite being 100% remote.

      Great mission-driven employees, comparable wages and decent benefits. Flexible PTO policy

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth or development, canceled onsites (of note, executives kept their several trips and onsites), company pulling back on DEI initiatives and culture opportunities, laying off pivotal leaders, company appearing to now prioritize profit over all else.
