Pros

Wonderful team of professionals working hard to provide access to anyone suffering from an eating disorder. Great company with good benefits, promising future, and good culture despite being 100% remote.

Cons

None worth mentioning at this time.

Pros

Many employees are deeply committed, compassionate, and incredibly talented.

Cons

A recent restructuring resulted in the elimination of several key leaders and long-tenured employees who were instrumental in building the organization’s reputation and success. These individuals possessed invaluable institutional knowledge, inspired their teams, and were central to the company’s culture. Their departure has understandably affected morale and raised concerns about the organization’s direction. These changes have left many employees questioning whether financial decisions are being prioritized over the people and mission that have made the company successful. When experienced, mission-driven leaders are replaced or removed, the impact extends beyond the workplace; it can ultimately affect the quality and consistency of care provided to patients and families.
