Working with ELS has been a great experience overall! The company truly values both its employees and customers, with a strong focus on communication, teamwork, and delivering quality results. Leadership is supportive, and the culture encourages growth and balance.

Cons

I would love to see more investment put back into the properties and a bigger focus given to amenities and activities.

Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

Cons

Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
