There are not KPI's its is a do your job environment and show me the results, which I think creates more motivation. The culture is great people are very friendly and their are get togethers to meet with everyone. Plus the industry is pretty neat I never saw myself working with real estate in particular campgrounds, rv's, and modular homes but its pretty cool and comes with some perks. You also have an opportunity to switch departments and learn about different areas you may not of known you were interested in.
