      Pros

      Great people at the property level. Decent amount of days off.

      Cons

      If your not in upper management, your nobody to those that are. I've never worked for a company that does not appreciate input to improve processes or general satisfaction of those people working hard at the property level. There are quite a few "sketchy" practices with those at the top. When making decisions to build profits, the upper management chooses to reduce commissions from those under them. Really not a place you are going to feel appreciated.

      Coming aboard the team, I was met with inclusivity and thorough training. The office environment is enjoyable and the team truly cares about the work they do. Looking forward to grow within the role and company.

      The company maintains its assets to a high standard. Significant capital is invested back into the properties to ensure long-term stability and profitability.

      Cons

      The approval process for capital expenditures and vendor contracts can be cumbersome. Moving through multiple channels often leads to delays in critical project timelines and routine service work
