Very poor documentation Poorly thought out/immature processes A focus on high level fixes for problems without seeming to actually understand the nature of the problems - fixes on paper without actually addressing the symptoms and problems reported.

All members of the team from all departments are willing to help. The company has a clear outlook for growth
