Met some great people. Opportunity to wear many hats. Office is in a good part of town.
Cons
High turnover. Culture needs a lot of help. Behaviors such as passive aggressive leadership, devious politics, little to no transparency, negativity, and aggressiveness resulted in a toxic workplace. As a result of this culture, employee moral and trust was destroyed and top talent was driven away.
