Pros

I have nothing good to say.

Cons

TLDR: Awful pay and treatment of staff. By far the rudest, most disrespectful, and incompetent company I've ever worked with. To elaborate, here are some company values they constantly preached vs my work experiences: RESPECT: Multiple times, from multiple directors, I was told that I was worthless, an idiot, that nobody liked to work with me, and that I had no idea what I was doing. Multiple directors used the emergency radios to demand I help them immediately for simple/personal reasons like turning on a computer, plugging something into an outlet, or flipping light switches for them. Even taking their utter incompetence into consideration, there was no reason they couldn't do these things themselves. They just wanted to treat you like dirt and have additional chances to berate you. INTEGRITY: When I reported the above harassment, absolutely nothing was done about it except that I was written up for reporting it and the harassment only increased from there. INNOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT: After the company failed to maintain its contracts, they drug their feet for months on buying essential equipment while staff got injured. They don't let maintenance close their own work orders. The front desk has to do it even though the front desk can be a revolving door that doesn't get training on how to do so. This should've been an easy improvement, but when I brought it up the answer was an instant hard no. The reason why, which was repeated multiple times from the C suite / home office? And I quote "Anyone who works in maintenance is a liar and cheat who can't be trusted." So much for respect huh. Here's some other fun quotes: The COO's exact words while explaining to residents how a 50 cent increase in minimum wage increases their rent by thousands: "We know our employees are struggling, and we know our raises don't cover the rising cost of living." The exact words to the annual staff survey when the vast majority of staff said low pay was their biggest concern with a large portion of that saying they were struggling to survive: "My action plan will not address pay because you all make more than you deserve and if not you would be working somewhere else." My advice? Listen to the company and go get paid and treated like dirt literally anywhere else.
