      - Amazing discounts for employees and even some free products - Above-market pay, bonuses, and rewards for sales - Friendly and hard-working colleagues who are fun to be around - With the company expanding, there’s plenty of opportunity for growth - Well-run business, organized and supportive environment

      Pros

      I love what Erewhon culture represents in terms of promoting overall wellness and the longevity.

      Cons

      I feel they don't value long term employees that wish to grow within the company. I was unfortunately let go due to the Palisades fire. Months later I accepted an offer for rehire (submitted paperwork & ID etc.) only to be told I wasn't in fact rehired!
