      Pros

      I gained experience working at a store for the first time. It was a new experience for me, so I took that positively.

      Cons

      The work experience was horrible. There was an awful lot of politics in the store. People faked it and lied blatantly to deceive others. It was ridiculous. The worst thing was that the managers did nothing to fix it.

      Pros

      I love what Erewhon culture represents in terms of promoting overall wellness and the longevity.

      Cons

      I feel they don't value long term employees that wish to grow within the company. I was unfortunately let go due to the Palisades fire. Months later I accepted an offer for rehire (submitted paperwork & ID etc.) only to be told I wasn't in fact rehired!
