Cultural was once somewhat fun.
Cons
Ericsson's RNAM (Region North America) lost a large portion of its contract with its biggest customer Sprint. More layoffs imminent as they cannot sustain their employees without sizable new business. Employees once occupied two buildings at the Sprint Headquarters campus with a total of 5-6 floors. Within less than 8 years they are now down to all employees in one building occupying less than two floors! Sad. This is not a company where you can build your career, if you can get some experience, do so and leave.
