Pros
Not Many at the moment. The work life balance is reasonable and the company has made excellent investments in processes, tools etc.
Cons
Business is nose diving and the strategy is still the same with different sugar coating. With the decline of business the work place is becoming full of politics. Management has very little clue about what is going on and how to fix it.
