Pros
Ericsson is a great technology company, diverse, with global presence and full of opportunities to learn and to grow the potential of its employees. It is very respected in the market and there is a lot of talented people who drive day-to-day business with professionalism and good practices.
Cons
The size of the company has derived some units into silos. A cross connected culture sometimes avoids to be successful if it requires to work with different business areas, probably due to the market pressure.
