      Ericsson is market leader for Mobile. The company has a huge experience on this market and together with good products it is the best place to work and to do business with. All Telecom Operator should have the chance to work with Ericsson.

      Sometimes in order to meet the targets we define several personal efforts are necessary that may impact personal life.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
