Pros
Its great to work an a world wide company, you can meet excellent co-workers all around the world and also with very different background. We also had a lot of training's for me night shift was a great oportunity to learn and work on the network architecture
Cons
The Salary increase when you advance is very low and it's not equitative for the colleagues that are coming from other company in the same team on same position with same years of experience.
