      Pros

      1. Great easy going company. 2. Flexible hours - and possibility to relax and work from home at times. 3. Interesting and challenging technology 4. A lot of travel.

      Cons

      1. Not very transparent (Employees don't have much clue on what management is doing) 2. You could be stuck in a position for a long time - Hard to move around within the company. 3. Difficult to adapt to the new US ways of working. 4. Companies is slowly becoming picky and too cost aware. 5. Environment is going away from "team work" and more towards individual work.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
