Super organized, efficient, new equipment, people are very friendly.

PTO not clearly explained; what you accrue also counts towards holidays, which significantly cuts into actual vacation/health/personal.

Erlanger provides continued education with ability to advance career within the system itself.

During the first week of orientation you are assigned daily learning on campus hours where they cramp everything in a matter of a few days. This is followed by mandatory EOLs (that must be completed that week). You are told that these EOLs do not take that long but they do.
