      Pay could be better Raises are less than inflation rate so doesn't cover cost of living adjustments. Not many opportunities to grow within the department and learning IV or Chemo doesn't provide a raise for additional experience.

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
