good benefits, my manager is great. cost of living very reasonable. manager flexible with time off and if you work extra hours because of issues or projects, will give you time off. previously, would let any department purchase any machinery without second thought and then expect analyst to support without knowing anything. Wasted lots of money , but now with Epic was more manageable.
