      Love the people I work with in my department. Love caring for the patients.

      Cons

      There are always promises of raises, and they never deliver. They do not care about employees, just the higher ups who get the bonuses.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
