      I've enjoyed the floor I've been on since I got here. My co-workers have been experienced and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Very short staffed. All the time. Unstable management - constantly changing policies and procedures.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
