      Pros

      Loved the job, mgmt terrible. Too busy on meetings and zooms to manage staff. Office staff unsupervised, unsupported by MDs. No unity, everyone has a different agenda. Doing six jobs to keep up productivity for bonused mgmt while being told no applicants to fill positions. Exhausting.

      Cons

      Poor staffing to increase productivity which kills your good workers. Mgmt too busy with zooms to engage with staff

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
