Pros

Erudus was a small company when I started so there is a good opportunity to progress and grow, good recognition for achievements, lots of direct input with management, well-run company!

Cons

Not for everyone, very self-motivated work where you need to think for yourself and wont always be told exactly what to do, requires someone who can think on their feet

Pros

- Leadership spends time leading the team as opposed to micromanaging individuals. - Given the freedom to explore ideas and new ways of doing things where failure is used as a learning opportunity. - A growing business which affords the opportunity for personal and professional development. No two days have been the same since I started 3 months ago. - Friendly team, modern office environment just outside of the city center - Accredited living wage employer with some decent perks.

Cons

- If you don't like being taken out of your comfort zone, this may not be the place for you. Encouraged to find solutions yourself and be proactive in getting your work done. - Be prepared to perform duties outside your job role to support a smaller, dynamic team and ensure success for the business. If you're looking for a standard office/administration role you may not like it at Erudus.

Pros

- The business is consistently growing and going in the right direction. - Very supportive team where you will always receive help from those around you. - Good work/personal life balance. - Regular team and individual meetings where you will always be kept in the loop and told about things at face value. - Great modern office space with free parking. - Ever-growing list of employee perks. - Receive great recognition for your success. - Working with Erudus, you will feel like you're putting your mark on the company and support it in growing further.

Cons

- Limited to office/home working, communication with customers being via email, phone and video conferencing. - Job requires a lot of self-confidence and the ability to solve problems on the spot whilst being out of your comfort zone. - If you're not accustomed to the industry and type of working, be prepared to put in the extra hours to learn.
