Pros

If you like games and escape rooms there is definitely opportunity to learn more about it.

Cons

Managent is absent. The managers on site are very nice but are neither empowered to or capable of creating meaningful change. Upper management and ownership do not care about their staff, or even the experience of guests. They do not care about or even understand how customers experience escape rooms. The only thing they care about is the bottom line, and this is very evident in how staff are treated and the place is run.

Pros

Diverse, energetic with a fun atmosphere

Cons

No hours, lack of support for staff, unfair bias and management uses their personal feelings to award shifts to their friends/favourites (even when they are terrible employees). They care more about their bottom line than they do their employees. Managers are the worst.

Pros

-decent team members -interesting work environment -diverse skill development -enjoyable responsibilities

Cons

-staff are regularly cut without warning or reason, regardless of seniority -leadership favors hiring young staff members (easier to exploit) -disorganized, hands-off leadership -rooms are constantly falling apart and need repairs -staffer members are always on edge because they don't know when they may be next to get cut -do not expect loyalty/thanks from management for additional hours, training new hires, etc.
