      Pros

      As a fresh graduate I am proud to say that I am privileged to work here in ESCO. Esco provides opportunities that no other company could offer. Example of this is being sent to Singapore for training. This is one of the offers that no other company could give to fresh graduates like me. Being able to meet the owner and be trained by him is a wonderful experience that you will remember forever. He is a very wonderful man and he cares for his employees. You cannot find a boss who's very generous like him. He's one of a kind and I am happy working in esco!

      Cons

      Homesickness because there are times that will you spend a month or more on a certain country.

      Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
