Pros
Telecommute two days a week. Nice headquarters facility. Fitness Center. Free parking. Cell phone stipend. No micro management. Reasonable core hours.
Cons
No career path. Job title and work performed have little to do with each other. No comp time no matter how many hours you work. Minimal mentorship. Cost of living increases are below actual rise in cost of living. While almost everyone gets three weeks PTO, you have to have worked there a billion years before they give you four weeks PTO. Voluntary and involuntary separations every few years. Their way to weed out older employees making more money.
