Any time you join a "smaller" company you tend to be worried that the stability isn't there and they wont be able to give you the tools and resources needed to succeed. When I joined Essentia those concerns were alleviated rather quickly. Since then, I have learned a ton and am happy to see the company is growing the right direction due to rapid expansion and growth. My management team and team around me has been great and I am looking forward to continuing and growing my career here at Essentia.

Because it is a smaller company it may sometimes have a "wild wild west" type feel to it. Change is important in any organization, so as long as you are able to hang on, role with the punches and can adapt to occasional change then you will be fine.
