Pros

Excellent training from the start. Nice offices to work in. Really good earning potential from what I've seen so far. Good vibe in the office and managers are helpful.

Pros

Lead generator role is relatively easy and a good way to get yourself some experience in the sales sector.

Cons

Probably the worst work-life balance ever. You cannot have a life when you are in work 9-7 every day, and giving staff a half day on a Friday does not make up for this. Nobody even answered the phone after 4pm. The pay for this role as abysmal for the hours done & any commission was near impossible when you were getting about 10p per lead generated. Work environment is also not friendly. So many stuck up people who are hard to make conversation with and often feel very uncomfortable around those who were higher up.
