Pros
I worked with some terrific people here. The director is a good laugh and very jovial and friendly with all the staff. You get free fruit and bread at the start of every week, and fresh milk delivered almost every day. The staff parties are belting!
Cons
The incentives and "prizes" for hard work only go to customer-facing, fee-generating staff. I appreciate it's a hard puzzle to try and solve - how can you incentivise quality assurance or admin? - but it's hard to look at the cool stuff some people get to enjoy and not get a bit jealous...
