      Awesome company to work with and Very nice environment.

      Cons

      Work wise, every one concern about their survival,So within team no one reveal what they are doing for a long time or share anything work related . Managers are not communicative especially in IT. Due to lack of communication among group(s) any 2 minutes fix will take 2 weeks of time.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
