Pros
Work life balance. Cafeteria on site. Two nice corporate buildings and environment.
Cons
Unhealthy culture of "cover up" and blame to protect fiefdoms. Low salary. Business leaders refuse to take responsibility and "dump" on the shared service organizations and becomes an us against them environment. Decisions are made by the inability to make decisions - significant non-action and acceptance of extremely poor (and skewed) information from it's group leaders. Leaders who communicated non-fact information is embraced and empowered. Leaders who are frank with real information to support quality decisions are not welcomed. If you haven't worked for EOA for 10+ years, you aren't valued, regardless of the depth of experience.
