First, we would never, and have never, terminated anyone due to health issues. In fact, we have gone above and beyond to support team members during personal or medical challenges, including offering extended paid leave to ensure they had the time and resources to recover. Those individuals remain part of our team today.
Second, all of our team members that people have worked with us for over three years, and all are still employed with us today, another indicator that this claim doesn’t align with reality. None of them work/worked in Jersey City. We also never had a marketing coordinator in that location.
We take any claims of harassment or mistreatment extremely seriously. and would never harass anyone especially not an ex-employee. We also take pride in fostering a supportive, respectful culture.
