Thank you for your review. We are continuously working on our HR Policy and we have made great advances around our culture. For instance, we have implemented flexible hours, so employees may start the day between 8 and 10 o’clock. Regarding communication, we started an Intern Program and we are working on improving it as we consider this an important matter in terms of progress, although we don’t consider it disrespectful.
