      No pros to working here

      Cons

      Bad management and HR, treat employees like robots, watch you all day on cameras. No social events, safety is an issue, everyone is a temporary worker, dirty building, cleaning is bad. Do get profit sharing but I would not recommend this place to anybody. Terrible copaid benefits.

      Stayed open during the pandemic

      Cons

      High turnover, no organization. Poor management in all areas. No development for employees, could be due to high turn over. Also the name of the company when I started was MTNA Inc but can't find it anywhere. Based overseas but works with IFCO as a 3rd party.
