Pros
conning great companies out of workers. *they have a deathgrip on all their contractors in the HV * and for whatever reason they are still in business inspite of serious morale issues .
Cons
they take from the companies 1oo percent wages and only pay you 25 to 35 percent of the salary . * three of the companies i worked for because of EA, i spoke to the owners and the owners didnt hold anything back ... two jobs were flaggers\traffic control \ the flagger gets ten an hour but they had to pay up 25 an hour to this agency. **
