Im sorry to hear that this has been your experience whilst working with us.
At Ethical IT we pride ourselves on the fair treatment of our employees, customers and suppliers and enjoy friendly and productive relationships with all.
Sick Note
Our sickness policy is a statutory, government enforced process and it and Ethical IT certainly don't ask for a fit note/ proof of sickness after 1 day but rather after 7.
If this was ever your experience, might I request that you contact me privately so that we might look into the situation and rectify any shortcomings or process failures. I appreciate that you're no longer with us but if you could spare the time I'd be keen to iron this out internally and I'd appreciate your time.
Renumeration
In terms of pay, Ethical IT pay well above industry standard at all levels and include coverage for certifications and *immediate* increases in pay once certified. This has been the case since late 2019 so if your experience was prior to this I can only apologise.
