Pros

Only pro is that SOME members of staff were great to work with

Cons

This job has taught me to never ignore glass door reviews or to join a company with such high staff turnover. So many red flags became apparent as soon as i joined the company. Don't let the founder sell you the dream, because it is all lies and manipulation. Senior management team are awful and will talk about you behind your back with no remorse or respect. Expected to work over time with no flexibility, despite being a fully remote role. No HR department so no one to discuss concerns with as senior management will use it all against you and patronise you. No training provided, staff are overworked so limited time to support other colleagues.

Pros

Etopia Consultancy is a wonderful place to work. The team is amazing—supportive, understanding, and always willing to teach. The work environment is positive, and there’s minimal pressure, which makes it easy to focus and grow professionally.

Cons

During major Amazon sales events, overtime is sometimes required. This is quite common in the industry, so it’s understandable, but worth noting.

Pros

After working in several agencies, Etopia stands out with a completely different vibe. Why? Because they genuinely care—not just about their clients but also about delivering the service clients have paid for. This approach means the workload is distributed fairly. Of course, peak times can be demanding, but the culture fosters open communication and collaborative problem-solving. Early on, there were some staffing challenges, but the company has clearly refined its onboarding and hiring processes to reduce turnover. The results speak for themselves—the team at Etopia is truly fantastic, making it a great place to work. The founder can be challenging, but in the best way possible—pushing the team to excel and helping Etopia grow during this pivotal stage. If you're looking for an agency that values both its people and its clients, I’d definitely recommend Etopia.

Cons

Like many agencies, hiring can sometimes feel like a chicken-and-egg situation—we need to close new business before hiring, which can create short-term pressure. While this is not unique to Etopia, it’s something to be aware of if you’re used to a more predictable hiring cycle. That said, the leadership team is proactive in managing workloads and finding solutions when things get busy.
