Pros

Occasional company events provided brief moments of relief and opportunities to unwind. Some colleagues were kind and professional, though they were unfortunately the exception. If you wanted the rush and heavy workload, this is for you. You can learn in depth knowledge in regard to technology.

Cons

•The onboarding process was extremely stressful, especially during the first five months. Support was minimal, and expectations are high. • A noticeable number of colleagues resigned during my tenure, many citing mental health concerns. • Workplace culture is good but bad if you weren’t part of certain cliques, you could expect to be ignored, gossiped about, or even subtly undermined. • Asking questions was sometimes met with silence or vague responses, making it hard to grow or feel supported. • Persistent vacancies in the role throughout my stay is alarming. • Compensation and benefits were below industry standards.

Pros

Compensation is competitive, especially if you’re a strong performer. There’s also an annual bonus every May. Hybrid setup – we only report to the office twice a month, and there’s always food when we do. Leadership, including the London-based execs, are grounded and approachable. No intimidating hierarchy here. HR and Admin teams have really improved. Ever since the transition from the original people handling onboarding, there’s been a noticeable shift to a more diverse, welcoming, and professional vibe. The previous setup felt too controlling — almost government-style, with some folks hovering over others like they owned the place. Thankfully, the good ones stayed and helped steer the culture in a better direction. There’s also a retirement plan, which is a great long-term benefit

Cons

Still a work in progress in some areas (like most companies), but the direction is promising.
