There can be anything positive only when there is communication with employee, which is very very minimal or zero

1. No proper response from HR 2. No standard policy for the company no proper way of communication from organization to employees , nothing is communicated until employee reaches out. no proper policies, policy is framed based on situation 3. It is not a employee centric company. 4. False promises and half truths to make employee to lure into the company
