This was a family-run business that definitely needed a change in leadership to grow. That happened and it was great for a while. Private Equity bought the company and now it is managed by Finance. The CFO became the CEO. Everything comes down to numbers. No personality left. No appreciation for committed employees. Just numbers. And when they want to sell again everyone is up on the chopping block. Bunch of empty promises. Very selfish executive leadership team - only looking out for themselves, not the people under them that are doing all of the work.
