Pros
I came across Eufora while searching for a new job/career about 5 years ago. I was feeling uninspired and just plain bored at my current job and needed a fresh start. Eufora gave that to me, and so much more! As some other reviewers have mentioned, this company is on the smaller side but I view this as a pro. It's not overly "corporate" and is a true family owned and operate business. Personally, I like that. Eufora has a great culture and they've attracted a special group of people that make up their corporate and outside staff. The amount of work isn't crazy or unmanageable. If you're lazy or looking for someone to give you a gold star and a cookie every single day then you're looking in the wrong place. Employees are recognized and celebrated for their hard work and dedication all the time at Eufora (they even celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries). I was recognized by upper management for my hard work and accomplishments many times. The CEO actually gave me a gift card for a massage not too long ago and said she appreciated me. That's rare! Most impressive though, was how much kindness and leadership the CEO shows everyone - all the time. She genuinely cares about her employees and their wellbeing - it was refreshing to experience. Eufora and the people who work there had a profound and lasting impact on my life, in the best way possible. I will be forever grateful for my experience.
Cons
I had to commute while working at Eufora but that's more of a personal con than a professional one.
