Pros
Ability to work from home therefore did not have to move my family to another state or country.
Cons
Their was no formal training in place for how to use the systems. The training provided was by an experienced employee who was overwhelmed with own assigned work. Other departments would ask questions via email & calling of the more experience staff but would not get a response. The questions and task would eventually fall on the new hires. When asking experienced employees and the manager how to complete certain task required from the other department teams or from clients. I would be told not worry about the task, training would occur later and they (management) would take care of it. Months later the new hires were fired for not being knowledgeable enough to complete task.
