Very little compensation for the amount responsibility. Additionally I was promised a potential merit based raise since I was not allowed a mandatory raise until 17months after hire . After 11 months of excellent reviews nothing every came of the raise, and in fact my supervisor lied in front of my manager and said that it was all a big misunderstanding and a merit based raise was never mentioned. Well I along with about about ten other people who had heard the same thing must have all misunderstood.
