      NEW SUPERVISOR AND MANAGEMENT FOR THE NEW LINE

      Unfortunately the New Brunswick facility hasn't received the help to make it a better place to work. The only thing they do is point out the problem, but theY don't bring solutions to the table. You have a battle going on all the time. NO ONE IS OPEN TO CHANGES and some just want things one way and some are not open to listen to opinions of others. POOR LEADERSHIP FROM ALL DEPARTMENTS.
