Pros

- Strong ethics from operational staff making their best to make it work despite extensive lack of support and resources or (even worse) lack of clear leadership. - Still authoritative in a few media domain. - Provides good international exposure depending on the manager. - international working environment. - average perks.

Cons

- Constantly in search of its strategy - therefore does actually evolve - (too savvy). - Couple of power greedy senior managers cripple the whole organisation. - Difficulty to define and execute a strategy at all nor in due time! - No accountability for errors and major losses in the middle to senior management. - Complete denial of situations gravity for the sake of perceptions/politics/fear. - Rotten by office politics. - Promotions out of nowhere - appointment with no legitimacy (proven after in execution). - 'Golden' cage for older staff - fuels stagnation and lack of renewal in leadership, ideas and teams.

Pros

Great team, learning from people with many years of experience within the industry, supportive, great work atmosphere and working conditions.

Cons

One con, but not a very important one, is to give the intern more benefits, if it's legally possible, of course. Not like the benefits of a permanent employee, but maybe some of them.
