The employees at EMP are sweet: they're good people at heart, you can tell.

Failure to pay former employees their salaries after resigning, failure to pay "feriepenge", huge amount of work hours; low salary; bosses not in tune with goals and values of employees. I think this speaks for the company's culture: the people who had been working there the longest, had been there 2 years (2 people). Another 3-4 had been there 1,5 years and the rest of the 15-20 employees had all been employed within the past 6 months. I believe that kind of rapid replacement rate speaks for the company culture and environment.

Learned a lot in a short time

I really had to pave my own way, leaving me feeling uncertain and unsupported by management at times.
