      Friendly Frontline Staff and the benefits are not bad. Always job opportunities to apply to because the staff turnover is soo high (pro and con)

      Cons

      management doesn't know what their doing. they will oppress you. they will gaslight you. you don't have a voice working there. they treat clients and staff with mental health SOOOOO BADD!!! DON'T WORK HERE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR STABILITY!!!
