Pros
Every project is different, which makes the work interesting and fun. Spending time on the water. A very collaborative environment. You work hard, but can have a flexible schedule when you need it.
Cons
Very little company structure, which could be good or bad, depending on what you are looking for, but it makes advancement undefined, and therefore somewhat difficult. Little focus on employee development, so must be entirely self-driven.
