It is a friendly environment to work in. All the employees are very hardworking and smart. The board is always trying to encourage people to build more.
Cons
There can be more woman employees -especially on the executional level.
You will never work with more knowledgeable and passionate people. The love of science and technology is a daily joy. The teams also love the customers and the customers are loyal to the company.
Cons
Lots of shift in leadership and company direction. This has caused massive changes that have resulted in the passion to be diminished and replaced by fear of losing your job. Lots of unforeseen firing and layoffs. A barrier has also been put between employees and the managers causing lots of discomfort and fear among very hard working and loyal employees.
