Team - They have the best people on their team, I went in to the company at a scale of 3 I came out of the company at a scale of 20. The team literally enables you to become someone great, have bigger aspirations & dreams. Vision & Mission - The company is destined to be great, they have a strong plan and product everyone passionately works on it Roles & Responsibility - You get to do whatever you love doing, you get to work on cross-functional areas and lead teams towards goal. I personally enjoyed being an HR to a Business Development guy Respect - You get immense respect and attention in the company, you're treated like the most important person in the company
Cons
Salary - Being a startup salary not the best but you never feel that you're at work always look forward to Mondays and joining the team Team Size - Team size is a bit small but effective
